  • Shipping & Delivery

    PRE-ORDERS

    All of our products are available for purchase on a pre-order basis only. We do not have any instocks available. The pre-order window will be from 5th - 19th June, 1PM. 


    Once the pre-order window has closed, we will collate the orders and they will be sent for manufacturing. Products will take between 3-4 weeks to manufacture (from the end of pre-order period).


    Once the products have been shipped to us, we will go through a thorough quality check to ensure that the products do not have any issues. We will then pack them individually and have them ready to be sent your way.


    Please only proceed with the purchase if you are comfortable with waiting for your products. 


    *We will send an e-mail to buyers in the event that there are delays with the orders.


    SHIPPING LOCATIONS & METHODS

    Shipping is available for local and international orders.


    We offer registered tracking service via Singapore Post for both local and international orders. Shipping is free for local orders SGD45 and above. For local orders below SGD45, shipping is SGD3.

    TRACKING

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

    DELIVERY

    Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete, including the recipient's name, contact number, and any special delivery instructions. 


    We are not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


    Upon delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the item(s) for any visible damage or defects. If you notice any issues, please notify the carrier and us immediately. 

  • Returns & Exchanges

    RETURN POLICY

    If there are issues with the products, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery, in compliance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Singapore. You may do so through emailing us at hello@themmakers.com


    We will only be providing returns or exchanges if you have received a defective product or if you have received the wrong order (i.e. wrong design, size or colour). 


    ELIGIBILITY

    To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and labels attached. Any item that is damaged, used, altered, or not in its original condition may not be eligible for a return or exchange.


    PROCESS 

    To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@themmakers.com. You may be required to provide your order number, item details, photos of defect or wrong order (if applicable) and reason for return or exchange. We will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed.


    RETURN SHIPPING

    The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping a proof of postage for your return.


    REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

    Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Exchanges will be subject to product availability. We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if the item does not meet the return policy requirements.
